Here are a few items that I am always in need of in the classroom!  These are things at I usually purchase at the beginning of the year from my own pocket but that we run out of pretty soon into the school year!

1.  Decks of cards (they don't have to be complete sets, it's ok if there are some missing.  I used these for math centers!

2.  Menus from restaurants (I collect these and use them in math centers)

3.  Magazines - (I'm always in need of magazines for students to cut up and use in art projects)

4.  Magazine subscriptions - If you'd like to purchase a subscription to a magazine for the class to have in our classroom library, let me know and I'd be happy to recommend a few titles that I would love to have!)

5.  Index cards

6.  Pencils & pencil sharpeners

7.  Markers for the Art Supply Station (or any other art/craft supply)

8. Extra scissors and rulers for classroom use.
